Ingredients :
• Fresh green beans
• Yogurt (thick and creamy yogurt works best)
• Balsari Olive Oil
• Garlic (2 cloves)
• Walnuts (a handful)
• Salt & Pepper
How It’s Done
1. Chop the beans, spread on a baking tray.
2. Drizzle with Balsari Olive Oil, salt and pepper
3. Bake until tender, then cool.
4. Chop garlic and mix it into yogurt
5. Spread yogurt on your plate, top with baked beans and walnuts
8. Be generous with golden drizzle of Balsari Olive Oil
1 cup cooked quinoa or bulgur (cooled)
1 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight(or 1 can cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained)
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp Balsari extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all iIn a large bowl with crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle with lemon juice and Balsari Olive Oil
